Bryan & Melissa's Sneak Peek
I met Bryan when we were camp counselors together in about 2004. He continued to work on staff for years to come and met Melissa at camp. He then proposed at camp, and they got married there last weekend! I love camp Ghormley, it's the best place on earth.

Yakima Wedding Photographer:: {Kim & Tim}

Toppenish, WA
Kim & Tim were married on a Sunday evening at Kim's parents house in Toppenish. My favorite things from this wedding were the sparklers, the sunset, and the unique pets in their front yard. One of the first things I saw when arriving at their house was a sign that says "ostrich crossing" :) I also really enjoyed their neighbors house where Kim got ready. I had a lot of time and a lot of neat places for the morning detail shots of the rings, dress, shoes, and jewelry. It's times like this that I'm so happy to have two photographers covering the entire event. I know that I can take some time to be creative with staging the detail shots while Tavis continues to photograph the interactions of the day.
Right after the ceremony and the receiving line we took the couple for a few minutes to do some pictures with the sunset. Not only was the sky really sweet and colorful, but these newlyweds seemed so giddy and happy during this mini session that it made for really great images {see the photos in the slideshow in the hops, road, and on the swing} This couple has had their share of trials this past year, but their wedding day was a hit, and we're very happy for them!
