Vendor Spotlight: Suncadia Resort in Roslyn, WA {44}

I spoke with Stephanie, the catering and conference manager at Suncadia, and she was very helpful with some extra information for brides!

Q: Give me a brief overview of this venue, and include all of its benefits and unique features.

A: Suncadia has several outdoor as well as indoor wedding venues from small intimate to large weddings. Suncadia is the perfect wedding venue for a destination wedding, with a large selection of overnight accommodations from lodge units to luxury homes. Your guests can stay and make it a vacation weekend with all of the activities that we have to offer here.

Q: How far in advance do you usually book weddings?
A: 6 months to a year

Q: How many guests can the space accommodate?
A: 300

Q: What are the different ways the venue can be set up?
A: We can setup in a variety of styles. We like to customize to the bride and grooms taste.

Q: Is there an in-house caterer? Can couples bring in any caterer?
A: In-house catering only, no outside food brought in.

 

Q: What kind of rental items/equipment do you provide or offer?
A: We provide a dance floor, the wedding ceremony chairs, tables, linens (3 different colors to choose from) dishes, glasses and flatware.

Q: How late can weddings play music?
A: 10pm if it’s an outdoor reception, or midnight if indoors.
