This wedding was unique for multiple reasons. Tavis and Haley photographed the wedding because Amy was in the bridal party. The wedding colors were light pink, taupe and champagne and the Terra Blanca Winery was the perfect venue, setting an elegant atmosphere and providing great scenery. Twigs Catering prepared a phenomenal meal for the reception, Articulate Film Co. was amazing as usual and Z Place Salon in Kennewick had a wonderful upstairs for the whole bridal party!
All of the bridesmaids wore cute matching robes and sunglasses. The "ring bearer pillow" was made our of a baseball that had been cut open and their son, Ty, carried it down the aisle. Brady's brother Brandon officiated the wedding ceremony and made it very personal. The wedding colors perfectly complimented the wedding venue atmosphere. Brady's groomsmen came from all over the place! A few of them were even from the Marine Corp. They did a surprise marine "skit" and a choreographed dance during the reception. Brady also sand two songs to Haley during the reception. And the crowning touch to the day, apart from the radiant love of the bride and groom, was the dazzling sunset! This was especially enjoyed because the bride, Haley, really wanted sunset photos for their wedding.
Haley and Brady had a very sweet and emotional first look. Their son Ty was a big part of the ceremony. Haley had written special vows to him and they also included Ty in their sand ceremony. All in all, the day and the atmosphere was perfect. The weather even cooperated and gave us an overcast, breezy, cool July day!
Perhaps the funniest part of the day had to have been during the cake cutting...Haley and Brady had cake in hand and were going in to feed each other and building the anticipation. Then, at the last second, they both turned around and smashed the cake into their matron of honor & best man's faces! It was hilarious!
