Cle Elum Wedding at The Cattle Barn // Taylor + Kevin

Coral, Navy and Turquoise Wedding

Tavis and Amy photographed this wedding at the Cattle Barn in Cle Elum on July 8th. Taylor and Kevin met in 2008 at a Halloween party where neither of them were dressed up. Now you get to see them all dressed up as they become Mr. and Mrs.!

This day was full of excitement around every corner. While we were photographing the bridal party a snake decided to join us. A SNAKE. You could say some of us freaked out just a little bit...at least we can say everyone left unharmed hehe. The Bride's sister's speech was so hilarious. She said something like, "Taylor and Kevin are perfect for each other. Kevin is there for her when she needs him. And when Kevin sees that chips are buy ten get one free and thinks it's a great deal, Taylor is there to reel him back in." The entire room was rolling with laughter! I am sure Taylor isn't the only wife that has to do that..

Beaute by Kryssa did Taylor's hair and makeup, making her look radiant as ever! Kevin was in awe of his stunning Bride. We love when Bride's choose to incorporate the "something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue" concept into their wedding. This Bride wore her grandma's jewelry as her something old and borrowed. It was her grandma's jewelry from high school prom!

As Taylor and Kevin were approaching their wedding day, it was decided that Taylor will not be taking his last name. We got a good laugh when we made the connection as to why she wouldn't. Her her name would be Taylor Taylor...I guess that is a pretty good reason! One that note, congratulations Taylor and Kevin! You two were a joy to work alongside. Have a blessed time throughout this newlywed season of your lives!

Packwood Wedding at Moon Mountain Lodging // Kristen & Brian Seely

Navy and Yellow Wedding

Keith and Sasha photographed this navy and yellow wedding at Moon Mountain Lodging in Packwood on July 8th. These two have known each other for quite some time...Kristen and Brian grew up as next door neighbors since they were three years old! The two went to different schools, but later on down the road ended up reconnecting. Now look where they are!

Kristen had her best friend, Michelle, as her maid of honor. Stacey, her sister, and her friends Betsy, Alena, and Nikki joined as the bridesmaids. Brian's twin brother, Thomas, Curtis, his brother, along with friends Matt, Kelvin, and Craig were his groomsmen. Two year old Hannah, and five year old Nolan were such cuties as the flower girl and ring bearer!

Amy's Bridal fitted this Bride to the perfect dress! We loved seeing Brian's reaction to Kristen during their first look. Throughout Kristen's childhood her family would make trips over to Packwood and stay in their family cabin. The couple requested their first look happen there, and we did just that - as photographers, incorporating special elements into wedding days is our favorite :)

Blooming Elegance out did themselves once again by arranging the perfect bouquets for this occasion. Columbia River Catering made sure no one left hungry. The Wooden Spoon crafted a beautiful, and appetizing cake! Reflex Pro DJ had everyone on their feet at one point or another! To close the night they had some fun with sparklers. It was such a great day!

Cle Elum Wedding at Ritter Farms // Nicole + Devon Folden

Grey and White Wedding

Rhiann and Haley photographed this wedding at Ritter Farms in Cle Elum on July 8th. Nicole and Devon have been friends for 10 years, and dating for the last 5 of those! The Bride and Groom chose grey and white as their wedding colors, which created a very classic and romantic style. We loved seeing how the day unfolded as the two were joined together in marriage!

Ritter Farms seemed to be the perfect venue since they have friends and family from both sides of the mountain. Plus her parents know the owners! We love how the venue will also cater the weddings they host. They have delicious food!! Nicole's dress from Leanne Marshall was the most romantic style...she looked absolutely stunning. We also loved the flower girl's dress - which happened to be their daughter, Emma.

Nicole's cousin, Sara, made a beautiful maid of honor! The bridesmaids were her friends Sydney, Christy, and Jenae, the groom's sister, Candace, and Penney the groom's cousin. A great mix of family and friends! Trent, Devon's friend, was chosen as his best man. He had his friends Zebb, Bryce, Shaun, and Casey, as well as Zach his cousin join as the groomsmen. Candace's son, Hudson (age 5), was an adorable little ring bearer. The Bride and Groom's 3 year old daughter, Emma, brought the cuteness factor to the next level with this wedding!

We had such an enjoyable time with Nicole and Devon on their wedding day. The couple will be taking their honeymoon in September to Maui! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Folden!
